2-3 Working Day Delivery items always ship on a working day and are delivered on a working day.

Cut off for receiving your order is 1PM.

You will receive a tracking code by email. Once you have received your code you can track your item on the courier’s website.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from 7seas Direct to notify you that your order has left us, as well as the courier’s name and tracking reference number.

Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK. EXCLUDING THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES:

If your postcode is AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE, BT, IM, TR, or you are ordering for the Channel Islands or the Isle of Wight please request an invoice before Placing your order. Important – Orders cannot be dispatched until the full payment (including the correct postage amount) has been paid. Any customer payment that has the incorrect postage amount will be emailed and the order will be placed on hold until the additional postage is paid.
