Next Working Day Deliveries

Next Working Day Delivery items always ship on a working day and are delivered on a working day.

Cut off for receiving your order on next working day is 12 noon.

You will receive a tracking code by email. Once you have received your code you can track your item on the courier’s website.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from MY Furniture to notify you that your order has left us, as well as the courier’s name and tracking reference number.

For all our next deliveries ( Applies to Larger Items Only) you will be notified of one hour delivery window  by SMS and/or email by the courier themselves. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

 

2 – 3 Working Day Deliveries

2 – 3 Working day Delivery items always ship on a working day and are delivered on a working day.

Cut off for receiving your order in 2-3 Working Days is 12 noon, 2 working days before.

You will receive a tracking code by email. Once you have received your code you can track your item on the courier’s website on the delivery day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from MY Furniture to notify you that your order has left us, as well as the courier’s name and tracking reference number.

For all our 2 – 3 Working Day deliveries (Applies to Larger Items Only) you will be notified of a one hour delivery window by SMS and/or email by the courier themselves.

EUROPE -Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland – Please contact us before purchase to obtain a shipping quotation.

We aim to deliver our quotations on the same day of the request  – and work with some of the  lowest rates in Europe.

The above destinations will incur an additional delivery charge, and this may not be a next day service.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed that require shipping to these areas, where the customer will not pay the additional costs.

Please be aware that due to European intellectual property regulations some of our products (e.g. Eames chairs)  may not be available for sale  in certain countries. 

 

THE SMALL PRINT

i. Delivery will be made only to the address stated by you at the time of placing the order.

ii. Delivery will be made by the seller or an agent appointed by the seller.

iii. The seller and their agents will make all reasonable efforts to meet the date agreed for delivery, should this not be possible the seller will not be held responsible.

iv. Once the date and time has been agreed, if the Buyer is not present then the Seller reserves the right to charge an additional £25 to rearrange the delivery.

v. Delivery timescales and charges are estimated guidelines and will be confirmed before dispatch. Some products for Northern Ireland customers may occasionally take longer due to the logistics of supply.

vi. We deliver to all Mainland England and Wales post codes at our standard delivery charge. There is an additional charge for the following postcodes PH, PA, IV, KW and AB. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we can deliver to a nominated Mainland England or Wales post code (e.g. a port) at our standards delivery charge. Onward shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.

vii. The seller or nominated agents are unable to hold goods. Delivery must be arranged within 5 days of the goods being available for delivery. The seller retains the right to charge storage should the time period be exceeded.

viii. For what ever reason should the seller fail to deliver within 60 days, the buyer is able to cancel the contract without penalty.

ix. Most Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer’s responsibility to assemble the Goods.

x. Two man delivery service is to the room of choice at the driver’s discretion if access is clear. For health and safety our delivery people are not able to remove their shoe’s. Please ensure you protect any floor and surfaces.

xi. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your delivery to room of choice.

xii. All delivery’s must be signed for and once full payment has been received, possessions of the Goods will be transferred to the Buyer.

Delivery is to a UK Mainland Postcode only. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland will incur an additional delivery charge, and this may not be a next day service. Please contact us before purchasing for the cost and information on the additional shipping to non UK Mainland Postcode destinations.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO Northern Ireland OR ANY OTHER UK ISLAND. Delivery is Free for mainland England. If your postcode is AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE, BT, IM, TR, or you are ordering for the Channel Islands or the Isle of Wight please request an invoice before Placing your order. Important – Orders cannot be dispatched until the full payment (including the correct postage amount) has been paid. Any customer payment that has the incorrect postage amount will be emailed and the order will be placed on hold until the additional postage is paid. If in any doubt please contact our customer service department.
