Please email or message us a photo of your mirror so we can confirm the correct bulb and power supply adapter for your specific model before dispatch.
For Non-7seas® Mirrors:
Please send a photo of your mirror and its power adapter plug to verify compatibility. Orders placed without prior photo confirmation may be cancelled, and a processing fee will be deducted from any refund.
All 2–3 Working Day Delivery items are dispatched on working days (Monday–Friday) and delivered on working days.
Orders received by 1:00 PM are processed the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from 7seas Direct confirming dispatch, including the courier’s name and tracking reference number. You can then track your parcel directly via the courier’s website.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
We offer Free Delivery to Mainland UK, excluding the following postcodes and regions:
AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE, BT, IM, TR and all Channel Islands or Isle of Wight addresses.
Delivery to these areas is available at an additional cost.
If your delivery address falls within one of the excluded postcodes, please request an invoice before placing your order. Orders cannot be dispatched until full payment, including any applicable delivery surcharge, has been received.
