Handmade piece by piece, SCULVERA™ brings together distinctive silhouettes, expressive surfaces and considered material contrasts in furniture designed not simply to occupy a space, but to contribute something visually distinctive of its own.

VERVANE™ — Material Becomes Form.

VERVANE™ explores how material, surface and proportion can work together to shape the identity of a furniture piece.

At the top, a dark glass surface creates a smooth, reflective circular plane. Around it, a broad iron surround introduces a very different visual language, combining warm antique bronze-gold tones with contrasting areas of small irregular texture and grid-like linear patterning.

The structure then draws inwards beneath the tabletop to form a narrower cylindrical pedestal. Here, the same interplay of textures continues across the iron surface, visually connecting the upper and lower forms while allowing their changing proportions to define the silhouette.

Rather than treating the glass, patterned surround and pedestal as separate decorative elements, VERVANE™ brings them together as one composition. Surface treatment follows the structure; structure gives the materials their presence.

It is this relationship—smooth dark glass, expressive textured iron and a strong change in proportion—that gives VERVANE™ its individual identity and allows Material Becomes Form.

A Sculptural Centrepiece Designed for Living

With a 60 cm diameter and 46 cm height, VERVANE™ provides a practical round surface for the centre of a living-room seating arrangement.

The glass tabletop offers room for books, decorative objects and the everyday pieces that naturally gather around a coffee table, while its dark reflective appearance provides a restrained counterpoint to the more expressive iron structure surrounding and supporting it.

The wider upper body and narrower pedestal create a distinctive two-stage silhouette. Rather than carrying the tabletop on slender legs or a conventional base, VERVANE™ concentrates its visual character within substantial circular forms whose surfaces remain visible from around the room.

The result is a coffee table that fulfils a familiar practical role while allowing proportion, texture and material contrast to contribute something visually distinctive of their own.

Every VERVANE™ table is fully handmade, with the production process carried out by hand from the cutting of individual components through assembly.

The design brings together confirmed glass and iron, contrasting the smooth dark tabletop with warm-toned patterned surfaces across the broad upper structure and cylindrical pedestal below.

VERVANE™ is supplied fully assembled, allowing its complete sculptural form to be positioned within the room without customer assembly.
