FAUNELLE™ — Everyday Function. Patterned Character.

FAUNELLE™ takes the decorative language of AVENELLE™ into a different kind of everyday object.

Rather than providing general enclosed storage, this design is created specifically around the presentation and dispensing of tissues—transforming a practical household necessity into something intended to sit comfortably within a considered interior.

Its rectangular MDF structure is wrapped in patterned faux leather, combining soft grey and off-white tones in an irregular animal-inspired motif. The pattern moves continuously across the exterior, giving the compact form visual character without relying on additional hardware or applied ornament.

An elongated dispensing opening is positioned centrally within the inset top panel, allowing tissues to be drawn from above while the surrounding cover keeps the original tissue packaging out of view.

A small fabric pull tab provides a discreet detail on the top panel and visually distinguishes the access panel from the surrounding structure.

The result is distinctly FAUNELLE™—functional in purpose, expressive in surface and designed to make an ordinary household object feel more considered.

Designed Around the Tissue Box.

FAUNELLE™ is a single-purpose decorative cover designed to house tissues while maintaining convenient access from above.

At 23 × 14 × 9 cm, its compact rectangular proportions make it suitable for positioning wherever tissues are ordinarily kept—on a bedside table, dressing table, console, desk or within a living space.

The tissue dispensing opening is integrated into the top panel rather than added as a separate decorative fitting, helping preserve the clean overall form.

Unlike the graduated storage-box sets within AVENELLE™, FAUNELLE™ is intended to work as an individual functional object. Its decorative value comes from taking something ordinarily utilitarian and giving it a more considered presence within the room.

Handmade, Piece by Piece

Every FAUNELLE™ tissue box cover is fully handmade, with the production process carried out by hand from cutting through assembly.

An MDF structure provides the underlying rectangular form, finished externally in faux leather and internally in non-woven fabric.

The construction incorporates an inset top access panel with an elongated dispensing opening, while the small fabric pull tab provides a simple point of interaction with the panel.

Without ornamental hardware competing for attention, the patterned faux-leather surface becomes the principal decorative element—allowing material, motif and form to define FAUNELLE™’s character.
